Dr. Huynh – General Dentist

Dr. Ngan Huynh (pronounced Nunn hWin) was raised in Kamloops, BC. He knew from a young age that he wanted to become a dentist, and he attended UBC for both his undergraduate degree in Honours Physiology and his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree.

After graduating in 2005, he worked in several dental practices in Vancouver, including Mercato Dental Centre, and the Vancouver Coastal Health children’s dentistry clinic where he focused on restorative dentistry and became skilled in working with children. During this time, Dr. Huynh also became interested in cosmetic dentistry and joined the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

In 2008, Dr. Huynh moved to London, UK, where he practiced dentistry in the City of London and honed his skills in cosmetic dentistry.

In 2011, Dr. Huynh and his wife returned home to BC, settling in Victoria to start both their family and business. Dr. Huynh worked at Complete Dental in Esquimalt and now owns Broad Street Dental in downtown Victoria. In addition to helping people improve their smiles, Dr. Huynh loves spending time with his family, advancing his photographic skills, and exploring the Victoria area.

Dr. King-Brown (Happily Retired)

After serving his patients and friends for over 40 years, Dr. Michael King-Brown has recently entered semi-retirement in the Okanagan. He regularly visits his beloved Victoria and the team at Broad Street Dental Centre.

As a boy visiting Victoria, BC, from Alberta, a young Michael King-Brown decided that he would one day live on Vancouver Island. After graduating from the University of Alberta, Dr. King-Brown quickly made his way west to Victoria where he founded this dental office in 1971. Dr. King-Brown excels at restorative dentistry and has a knack for making his patients feel at ease. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. King-Brown can most often be found hugging the curves of winding roads on his beloved motorcycle.
